By installing or using Deckly ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you on a personal, non-transferable, revocable basis for use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or use the App in any way prohibited by Apple's terms or applicable law. Do not use the App to facilitate the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise unauthorized goods.
The App displays publicly available information about One Piece TCG cards, including names and artwork. The One Piece TCG and all related properties are owned by Bandai Co., Ltd. and Shueisha. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company. The App displays card art under the doctrine of nominative fair use solely to help users identify the cards they own and play.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any card data will be accurate or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
